2014 New Year’s Resolutions

If at first I don’t succeed, I must try… try again.

Goals for the New Year:

1) Weigh 140 lbs.

– Work out with PTP 2x a week.

– Follow the Paleo diet.

– Track food (shoot for 1800-2000 calories a day) and exercise on My Fitness Pal.

2) Run the Vancouver Marathon (or at least the 1/2).

– Train with Foot Traffic University or Vancouver Fit.

3) Save $10,000.

– Budget, budget, budget.
