Tracking What I Eat Just Got Easier

I’ve been using SparkPeople, a free online food and exercise tracker off and on for the last couple of years. It’s one of the easiest to use and has apps for most mobile devices, as well as a mobile version.

When I logged in yesterday, I instantly noticed that they had made a few changes since the last time I logged in a couple of weeks ago. Now I can search and add food items without having to open a new window! It’s a fantastic change. Now if I can only get back in the habit of logging my food and exercise consistently.
