Starting Again

Hi! Welcome to my new blog about developing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

My first blog was a random public diary, with little focus and lots of content that was probably better suited for a notebook on my nightstand. My second blog was about budget wines. It was fun and actually led to a part time job, but I found that it gave me an excuse to drink more wine, so I decided to stop. I’ve always enjoyed the blogging process so I thought I’d try again, but this time with a focus on health. Here are a few things I plan to cover this time around:

  • Healthy eating – recipes, allergies, picky palates, menu planning, grocery shopping
  • Exercise – moves, equipment, routines, incorporating pets
  • Overcoming temptation – happy hour, parties, candy dishes, casseroles, injuries
  • Technology – software, apps, gear
  • Reviews – movies, books and products
